After submitting the get service(s) estimate form, In 24 hours you'll receive a quote along with the service(s) minimum deposit form to reserve your selected date and time.
When the service(s) is done by your technician you'll get an invoice that includes a breakdown of labor fees and parts costs.
We do not bill your card until the service is complete.
Your credit card is not billed until the service mechanic has performed all the services. However, a valid credit card is required to pay the $29.99 (minimum deposit) in order to hold your appointment and to verify that the appointment request is legitimate. This prevents people from making fictitious appointments and ensures that service mechanics are not wasting their time driving around. We use bank-level security and all your data is Protected.
You can choose the same service mechanic if you have used the service before. If you are a new customer, we assign you a service mechanic who is qualified to work on your car.
We request that you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your appointment starts time. We have service mechanics available 7 days a week from 8 am to 5 pm EST. Depending on the availability of parts, we can usually provide services the same day or the next day, though the service mechanics tend to get booked rather quickly.
